London a great city
Jul 12th, 2009 by traveler

I was in London with some friend to make sightseeing and so I visit a lot of London’s great attractions. One day we go to see the Tower of London and the Tower bridge and then go for a walk trough the themse. In the tower we see the crown jewels. They are so amazing, I was fascinated of them. At the tower we have a lot of luck because a big ship wants to pass the tower bridge and so we see how the middle part of the bridge opened. We also went through Madame Tussaud’s to see the wax figures. It is incredible how similar they are to the real persons. One day we spent in Notting hill and looked around to see some of the places of the film “Notting hill” and also went over the Portobello Market.

I could go on and on but then this would not be a blog this would be a book. We have visited so many places that I only tell which and if somebody has a question about them just ask me. We visited the Palace of Westminster, the Westminster Abbey, the Buckingham Palace with the St. James Park, the London eye at night, the Saint Paul’s cathedral, the St. Margreth’s church, Big Ben and the house of Parliament, the Hyde Park, Greenwich and the changing of the guard.

It was a a great time we spent in London with all the great things to see. I would recommend a London visit to every body!

Frankfurt

It is one month ago that I visit Frankfurt with some friends. Frankfurt is a quit busy city. There is a river in the city with a lawn on the side. We rest there to have a look on the Frankfurt skyline and it was so chilly. On evening we went trough Sachsenhausen. This is a district of Frankfurt and very popular for evening activities. We have a lot of fun in the bar “Oberbayern”. We would recommend this bar for all young people who visit Frankfurt. It has also sum nice clubs were you can have party.

But we also go to see same culture. So we make a guided tour trough the city. We also visited some museums.

The Palmgarden was also very interesting to see. There were different houses with different climatic zones like tropical, desert and also one butterfly house.

Hamburg

Hamburg

Me and my boyfriend visit Hamburg for some sightseeing. On our first day in Hamburg we started with a guided bus tour trough Hamburg were you can hop on and off who ever you want. This was a great opportunity because you can visit what you want as long you want and then go further. Our second day was a sunday so we get up very early to go to the fish market. It was quit hard to get up at 4:00 a.m. But it was great, especially the old market hall. Inside these hall tradition music was played and there was a good atmosphere.

On the next day we make a harbour tour and went for some shopping. In the evening we want to see something of the night life of Hamburg. We decided to go through the Reeperbahn. This is the best known part of the red light district. On our last day we went trough the miniature wunderland. It is a museum of a model railway land which was very interesting but we waited a long time for our tickets. Later on we found out that we could have mad a reservation and so needn’t to wait. I would recommend this opportunity to everybody.

Edinburgh
Jul 10th, 2009 by traveler
